ok, so...its been half a year or so since i last posted on here...
awkward to come back....but i had to...
unfortunately, i've been fairly busy with school, midterms, quizes, and finals @_@ (the bane of my existance)
i'm sorry but i have neglected the 1800 or so submissions on my dev watch...and sadly, i had to delete them all, or else i would spend the next 10 or 11 days looking and commenting, a task i cannot do with my time constraints
I must apologize to J4n3t, jhack, piggtailgirl, poonyo, hikuparu, and anyone else whose work i should have looked at...i must have missed a lot of good stuff from you guys
i'll try to check up on DA once a week or so....maybe make a submission...try not to stockpile my messages again o.o

i've moved to the University of Alberta
so far, i've bought nearly $700 of books....and my feet hurt from over 12 hours of walking in less than a week
but, it should get better

Once upon a time, there was a homely boy who lived far out of town. He had no family, little money, but worked very hard at his job. Above all else, he had a very kind heart, one pure as snow and would never turn away from someone in need.

In winter time, it was very harsh, especially during large storms, but he usually got by alright.
One day, after such a storm, he walked outside his little house (more like a tent) and found a beautiful woman outside. She was hurt very badly, and could not even move. The boy didn't know where she came from, but just assumed she needed help, so he brought her into his little home. She had a high fever and could not move. He had no phone and did not dare to go into town, for it was almost a day trip, and he could not leave her for a whole day alone. So he did what he could. He gave her his bed, and would rather sleep on the cold wet floor. He gave her his blankets and just slept with his jacket over himself. He gave her his water supply, and drank nothing but snow from the outside. He gave her his food and ate nothing for 5 days. One day while the boy slept on the floor shivering from the cold, the woman finally got better and woke from her almost death like sleep. She didn't see the boy sleeping on the floor because it was too dark, so she just took the blankets she was wrapped in, and ran outside. As soon as she did, a very wealthy man with a very fancy car was just about to pass by. The wealthy man picked her up and drove off into the sunset. The boy in the house woke up finally and saw that the woman was gone. With no food and no blankets he had to run into town to buy more things. He was sick and weak from not having food and the cold. He walked about halfway into town and then a storm suddenly hit. He could not walk any further, he was too weak to continue on. He froze to death in a ditch.
The woman went off with the rich man with the nice car, and eventually got married. She lived a beautiful wealthy life with a lot of money, a lot of jewellery and big fancy cars. And she lived happily ever after.
